2. 26. 26 Roundtable

Overview & Agenda

Join us from 1 - 2 pm ET on Thur Feb 26th for a conversation with other senior tech and AI leaders on the most effective ways to operationalize AI as a force multiplier, aligning process, data, and people so teams can do more without adding headcount.

We'll keep things fairly informal, but will make sure to cover the following:

Introductions and a brief spotlight on Brian Kenah, Chief Technology Officer at EnableComp, to kick off the conversation.

Group roundtable discussion focused on where AI initiatives most often stall between prototype and production, and how leaders are redesigning operating rhythms, ownership, and decision-making to keep work moving with confidence.

Q&A and best practice collaboration on the practical habits and guardrails that keep data, process, and people aligned as AI scales, so teams can spot breakdowns early and improve outcomes over time.
